Empowering Youth

The Story

Good day everyone, 

As a part of AIESEC Malaysian Youth Volunteer (MYV) Speak Up Sarawak 11.0 program, we are taking it upon ourselves to help Malaysians students experience a better education through various improvements. We have dispensed resources to one of the schools in Sarawak in various fields such as basic in computer coding, English proficiency and non-verbal language, all of which are aiming to support and encourage the growth of STEM field in Malaysia.

There are many gaps to overcome for the education system in Malaysia, and we aim to lessen the gab by dedicating our efforts especially towards underprivileged students in need of a better and higher quality education. Our belief in the transformative power of education for the youth in Malaysia fuels our passion to continuously ensuring a better and brigher future as education is the key to changes and improvement. 

Some of the more prominent challenges that the youth today is facing such as lack of resources and a low proficiency in English as well as awareness in the significant field of STEM, that often leads to undiscovered gems and neglected talents or untapped potentials. Therefore, there is a sense of urgency to help shape these youth's lives towards a more promising future by breaking the barriers and hone their skills.

By investing in this campaign, it directly impacts the livelihood of young Malaysian students towards a better direction, bridging the gap in education and providing all of the necessary resources. Fruthermore, this effort is to ensure that the future rests on capable and briliant young minds that can help revamp the country as one of the leading nation in the world. It has become our job to provide for these youth in order to help make it into a reality. There are various ways we can hone all of the untapped potentials by building their confidence, and aiding in all of the academic necessities as well as communication skills to pave the way for a more prosperous future.
