The Story

My name is Foo Hin Yong and I am the Director of this project HELIO 5.0. The reason why I wish to do this projects is because that I see low mental health awareness around me. students stuying without break, low social connections, low self-awareness and self-esteem. I feel pity because lack of awareness on this topic means that your world might be grey and there will be doom in the long run. 

The purpose of us doing this projects is to impact the youth in the region of Johor Bahru, to increase their awareness on mental health and together with their help we are going to impact the whole Johor Bahru. 

Project HELIO 5.0 target 3rd Sustainable Development Goal, Good Health and Well-Being by raising awareness about mental health continuum, reduce stigma associated with mental illness, promote help seeking behaviors and emotional well-being practices, and prevent suicide through individual education and outreach events.

If you are also a person who had struggle through hard times of mental health thus you must have understand the importance of one's mental health, support us in spreading the awareness so more people might see the light of help in the dark of low times.
