Help Us Make Free Education A Reality For B40 Communities by UCC Fundraiser

The Story

UCC is the community that gives students the opportunities to serve their communities
through various meaningful connections and volunteering opportunities. Together, they forge
new dynamic teams that seek better understanding when they resolve social issues. In the
COVID-19 pandemic, UCC volunteers have taken up fundraising for deserving communities
and people that have been severely impacted by the virus and the restrictions it has
caused.

Covid-19 caused over 770,000 people to lose their jobs in April. Malaysia's
unemployment rate is forecast to increase to 7% by the end of the year.
Through this fundraiser, we will provide free education to Malaysians, as well as
reaching out to even more B40 groups in need of better online education in these
difficult times via the SOLS online learning program.
