Be the Change for Them to Speak About

The Story

Hello! My name is Lim Yong Jie from AIESEC HELP University. I deeply stand by the value that by just believing is half of the battle, to act is to complete the rest of the journey. 

I am part of the organizing committee for the project 'Speak Up' that aims to cultivate young non-English speakers in their confidence and efficiency to speak in English by providing a warm and welcoming environment specifically for that. We also incorporate the introduction and teachings on how to use Google Suite in hopes for the youngsters to be able to implement their proficiency in this into their arsenal for the working environment in the future. The funds that you humbly donate will be the resources to invite and allow volunteers from overseas to embark on their journey in Malaysia to instill change for the next generation.

I personally feel contented to have an opportunity to be involved in the contributions towards a better cause for the community, especially in the difficulties of the recent pandemic situation. I hope that you would see the same and join me on this journey in collective effort to create a significant impact for these youngsters.
