The Story

Students with weaker language foundations tend to resort to rote learning. Such an approach to learning is not only tedious but is devoid of understanding. - MalaysiaKini

Students may be able to read and write in English, but not many are proficient enough to speak fluently. This scenario happens on me too. 

With this concern, SPEAK to LEAD project is created to enhance secondary school students' confidence level in speaking English. In order to target this matter, SPEAK to LEAD aiming a safe space for students to train their English abilities through practical learning and workshops. Besides, this project is aiming to improve their STEM (scince, techonology, engineering and math) skills too. 

I truly appreciate AIESEC as a platform for this opportunity to happen, we humbly ask for your contribution by giving the students a chance, for the sake of balanced community.
