[Penang] SPEAK UP! Quality Education is a lifelong of each of us

The Story

I am really passionate involving myself in community related project. The aims of it is to empowering others and helping others  will indirectly make me happy. I am fundraising for ths campaign because the campaign is able to help the youth to themselves to take the steps to speak out their voices. This campaign is also with an aim to ensure quality education is not just retricted by good schools, races and others. This could be achieved by having a creative way of delivering the knowledge. From my earlier life, I do witness myself on inequality in education where only good students deserve the best education by having the best facility , the best teacher, best teaching method. As for those students who are not from the top class will most likely have teachers that are demovitated, facilities that are not that good and etc. Those students from these classes will also be blamed on not focusing, labelled as bad students . These are not that true. It's because a student 's success shouldn't just be measured by their grades. Some of them did not that well are just because they didn't see the relevance of doing so and the purposes of it. Education should be a platform for youngs to learn, discover the purposes of them , the direction they want in future and develop a positive behaviour. Grades do play a part in job interview but not the main factors of an employer hire you. Without self recognition, we will be like a ship in the sea without its Captain. Relevancy of a person helping in this campaign are more likely support and enable more children and youths to have education even in this disasterous events, COVID-19. The helps will also make us a step closer to the aspiration of SDG-4 , Quality education which improves the education not matter how bad the conditions are.
