Persatuan Kebajikan Warga Tua Wilayah Persekutuan a registered welfare organization, has been in existence since 1998 to help abused, abandoned, neglected or at-risk children & Adults.       

This Home for Children started as a result of the vision of Dr Vinodt who wanted to help the children & adults abandoned by their family, parents or childrens.
