Malaysian Deaf Sports Association (Persatuan Sukan Orang Pekak Malaysia)

The Malaysian Deaf Sports Association (MSDeaf) is the only national Deaf Malaysian Governing Body of Sport. With historical reference date June 5, 1993 noted the establishment of Malaysian Sports of the Deaf (MSDeaf) sponsored by SHIMA and recognized as affiliation with International Committee of Sports for the Deaf (ICSD) Congress. It was in conjunction with the World Games for the Deaf 1993 in Sofia, Bulgaria until Malaysia Sports Federation of the Deaf (MSFD) was registered by the Registrar Of Societies (ROS) on September 26, 1997 which subsequently changed its registration with Malaysia Sports Commissioner Office (PPS-Pejabat Pesuruhanjaya Sukan) on 23 July 2010.
