Better Education for Brighter Future

The Story

As Malaysia strides into the digital age, preparing our nation's youth to be a problem solver, critical thinker, and a confident speaker is more important than ever.
However, such preparation seemed to be privileged for students of good grades, elite classes, and schools.
 
As a part-time tutor back in the days, I've seen students that were labeled "bad" or failing grades" often lack confidence, and even doubt their ability to learn and improve. In crowded schools, some students may be overlooked, and teachers' best effort is to only prepare them for exams in a short time. Soon, they will question the purpose of education and might lose their direction.  They may not be the model students in their school magazine, but they are the nation's future filled with great possibilities.
 
Thus, I am fundraising for this Speak Up campaign to help them to discover their worth, starting by speaking with confidence. Your support for this campaign demonstrates that quality education can reach out to all even at tough times of the pandemic and create better opportunities.
